The window for completing your evaluation and submitting for CE credit closes on March 30, 2020. Due to costs incurred by NABIS for late submissions, any received after that date will be subject to an administrative fee of $125. All completed attendance records are stored for 7 years and will be accessible to you for replacement certificates.
